We are currently in search of a Modern Workplace Solutions Manager to join our Information Technology team! The Modern Workplace Solutions Manager is a key leader to support Feed the Childrens digital transformation in rolling out Microsoft Modern Workplace tools to empower our teams and modernize how we work. This position will lead the charge in helping our employees adopt understand and thrive with tools like Microsoft 365 Teams SharePoint Loop Copilot and Power BI. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to teams across the organization including the enablement education and implementation of new ways to collaborate and unlock the full potential of our Microsoft ecosystem. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Intelligence.
NOTE: This position will work a hybrid schedule from our corporate office in Oklahoma City OK.
Job Requirements:
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools in an enablement training or implementation role required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Teams SharePoint Loop and OneDrive required
Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric from an end-user enablement perspective required
Experience configuring and deploying Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to train and support users across technical skill levels required
Basic understanding of security and compliance best practices required
Project coordination or light project management experience required
Any combination of education training and experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.
Essential Functions:
Modern Workplace Enablement: Lead the rollout and configuration of Microsoft Modern Workplace tools including Teams SharePoint Loop OneDrive Copilot Viva Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI (end-user layer).
User Education & Adoption: Design and deliver training programs in partnership with HR IT and Microsoft Tech for Social Impact. Build awareness confidence and excitement across a diverse workforce.
Copilot & Copilot Studio: Set up and promote the use of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to automate tasks
and improve productivity.
Work Management and Coordination: Set up and promote the use of Microsoft Loop Planner Teams and SharePoint to streamline collaboration across departments enable project and portfolio management and improve transparency of work across teams.
Change Management: Act as a change agent by identifying champions gathering feedback and helping teams transition to modern workflows.
Collaboration & Support: Partner with department leads to understand needs and tailor solutions. Provide hands-on support and guidance to users at all levels.
Governance & Compliance: Work with IT Operations and Information Security to ensure tools are deployed securely and in compliance with organizational policies.
Project Coordination: Manage timelines resources and communications for Modern Workplace initiatives. Track progress and report on adoption and impact.
Vendor Engagement: Liaise with Microsoft Tech for Social Impact and other partners to stay current on features best practices and opportunities.
