Work hours:Full Time Days working M-F 8a-5p

Heres What You Need
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent 4 Years Required Or
2 Years Behavioral Health practice management or relevant healthcare leadership experience Required and
1 Year Virtual practice management experience Preferred
Previous behavioral health experience is highly preferred
Demonstrates good understanding of health insurance and behavioral health costs including coding.
Proficient computer and EMR skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word and Excel.
Strong operational management and development skills.
Knowledgeable of HIPAA state and federal regulations governing confidentiality release of information and record retention. Familiar with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) functionality document imaging and workflow. Allscripts and EPIC Care Connect EMR experience a plus.
Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in accepting work assignments with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks understand processes and resolve issues.
Ability to quickly understand respond to and address challenges as they arise throughout the day in clinic.
Ability to evaluate operational needs and provide recommendations to continually improve performance.
What You Will Do
Assists with clinic communication strategies and promotes effective communication dialogue between clinicians and support staff through regularly scheduled meetings and asynchronously.
Develops prepares and interprets program data to provide actionable reports for leadership and clinical teams. Responsible for collaborating with clinical service provider operations team to monitor provider performance management and setting individual goals as outlined in policies and procedures as well as in accordance with the master service agreement.
Provide day-to-day practice operations support to the care team and patients including receiving/indexing/facilitating completion of form(s) and follow-up with patients. Tracks monitors and analyzes key data and business processes to ensure business goals and metrics are met. This includes but is not limited to referral management and consumer/referral facing IT asstes. Support practice operations during technology downtimes and other unplanned events.
Assists with onboarding and offboarding of new clinical and support staff team members; training and development; initiates clinic announcement communications to appropriate system stakeholders regarding onboarding/offboarding any other changes as appropriate.
Primary liaison between the practice and Central Billing Office/Revenue Integrity stakeholders. Demonstrates understanding of payor plan information and verification platforms. Supports resolution of billing issues focusing on insurance pre-authorization eligibility and benefits for behavioral health claims.
