Director Strategic Sales (Brokerage)

Reports To: Vice President Strategic Solutions

Location: Carol Stream IL

Environment: Hybrid (expectations to work onsite 3 days a week as travel schedule permits; up to 50% travel)

Purpose of Your Work:

As the Director of Strategic Sales working within Redwood Multimodal (one of our entities others include Managed Services and Innovation & Technology) you will be a pivotal force in driving aggressive sales targets translating strategic vision into tangible revenue and activity objectives and shaping the future of our market presence.

What We Offer:

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

$70000 - $110000

This position is eligible to earn monthly incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job and the budgeted funds for this role.
