Job Description
Onsite Mailroom Processor
Location: Stockbridge GA
Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
WorkSchedule: Monday Friday 7am-5pm (or clean desk) rotating Saturdays required
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Processor to join our team here at Conduent in the Stockbridge GA area. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office environment strong organizational skills and the ability to manage incoming and outgoing mail with accuracy and efficiency. Any previous medical office or billing knowledge and experience will be helpful in this role.
Key Responsibilities In this Role:
- Receive and process documents in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Sort images documents files and archives by form type
- Sort and process incoming mail packages and supplies
- Deliver and collect mail to ensure timely and accurate distribution
- Maintain efficiency while sitting or standing for extended periods
- Support document management and administrative tasks as needed
Skills to be Successful in this Role:
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly
- Basic PC and internet skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service aptitude
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
- Must pass criminal background and drug test as required
- 12 years of experience in an office or mailroom environment is helpful

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.25 per hour.
