We are hiring a Distribution Supervisor for ourCalgary Distribution Centrelocated atBay 65-5805 76thAvenue SE.
Core Duties
- Plan organize supervise and participate in the daily warehouse operations.
- Train supervise and evaluate the performance of the assigned distribution team members.
- Observe the health and safety regulations while maintaining the warehouse in a clean safe and orderly condition.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery ensuring the equipment is serviced when needed and the workspace is always kept clean and tidy.
- Manage and facilitate the inbound/outbound operations of the Distribution Centre and other off-site storage facilities when required
- Demonstrates the companys values in all aspects of their work performance.

Success Metrics
- Effectively plan organize and participate in daily warehouse activities.
- Optimize training supervising and evaluation of team members performance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean safe and orderly warehouse. Part of this includes ensuring warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Manage and facilitate in an efficient way in/outbound operations including off-site storage when required
