Job Description
If you are a Business Systems Analyst wanting to get started on your professional journey our location in Eden Prairie MN has an exciting entry-level opportunity. As an Associate Business Systems Analyst you will engage in dynamic troubleshooting strategic problem-solving meticulous documentation and comprehensive testing. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently pinpoint and resolve organizational business needs setting the stage for impactful contributions and professional growth.
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Configurator models UI and integration with Oracle Order Management and other modules.
- Support full lifecycle configuration management including model design testing deployment and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Product Management Sales Operations and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Configurator models and logic.
- Provide end-user support to business stakeholders and system users regarding Oracle Configurator functionality and enhancements.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to handle and run multiple priorities concurrently.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Great analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- General knowledge of SQL queries UFT scripts and Excel VBA.
- General knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Configit Ace.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $51000 - $76500 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
