Job Description
About the Role:
You will monitor high-volume low touch projects to ensure the development of content from ideation to on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with and support the production management team to ensure oversight of work and resources throughout project development. You will report to the Senior Manager - Production Management.
You Will:
- Manage schedules for creators and provide support to the production management team for high-volume low-touch projects.
- Work with members of the content team to ensure efficient processes and delivery of content in multiple formats.
- Manage distribute and archive project scope documents project plans schedules project scorecards and other critical and essential project documents.
- Identify issues documenting them and working with the production management team to resolve action items.
- Perform regular database management tasks including creating and compiling reports on project status and resource allocation and revising project schedules.
- Provide administrative-level support to the production management team.
- Use a hybrid work schedule
You Have:
3 years experience in a planning / project management role
Bachelors degree

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $55000-$65000
