Job Description
The Sleep Inn & Suites along with S&L Hospitality is seeking a qualified front desk agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making. Ideal candidates would have prior customer service experience the ability to work independently are self-starters and have availability to work between the hours of 7am and 11pm including weekends and holidays.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
- Understanding of how to use hotels Property Management Software (PMS) systems.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
- Ability to maintain a composed gracious and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guests stay.
- Accommodate and anticipate guests needs respond promptly and professionally.
- Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
- Serve as point of contact to up to date information regarding the hotel area attractions and events.
- Process and collect payments accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
This role is subject to successful completion of a background check as it relates to the responsibilities of the role.
