1. Greet members and guests by name as they enter the facility; always provide excellent customer service.
2. Check-in members register guests collect appropriate fees as necessary.
3. Assist with member retention and new member sales; inform Member Services Specialist of all prospect inquiries and take new prospect on a facility tour.
4. Schedule all service programming and social event appointments and registrations according to facility policies.
5. Process registration forms for all facility programs.
6. Receive all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department; receive all incoming mail/packages and direct to appropriate department.
7. Collect all programming activity merchandise and member fees as required POS transactions.
8. Monitor supplies take inventory restock.
9. Promote all facility programs trainings and social events including program philosophy policies and procedures to members guests and prospects.
10. Maintain front desk area in a neat and orderly fashion; ensure optimal organization.
11. Present with a neat well-groomed appearance at all times.
12. Attend all departmental staff meetings.
13. Abide by all department and facility policies and procedures.
14. All other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or designee.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Demonstrate proficiency of basic math skills. Be able to handle multiple duties. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Maintain a positive attitude. Have the ability to work under pressure and maintain customer service orientation. Have telephone skills and sales/promotional aptitude. Take in payments from customers and members appointment scheduling.
