L1 Designer Wayfair Professional
Were on the lookout for a strong curious marketing designer to join our Wayfair Professional in-house creative team. Youll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design for everything from promotional emails to direct mail to video. This role requires a skilled meticulous and motivated individual who can partner not only with fellow creatives but also cross-functional marketing partners.
What Youll Do
- Produce work that resonates with our customers and continues to raise the bar for our brand
- Execute promotional and brand-building campaigns across a number of channels - from site to social and beyond
- Collaborate with creative peers leadership and marketing partners to ensure concept and execution meet business objectives
- Stay organized and self-motivated to produce work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Be a vocal contributor an organized team player and a lover of interior design
What Youll Need
- 1 years of relevant experience in an agency or studio environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design visual communication or related field preferred
- Familiarity with social media including art direction & editing experience
- Ability to work in figma as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign)
- An analytical creative and innovative approach to solving problems
- Strong interpersonal collaborative and creative problem-solving skills
- A genuine and proactive interest in the latest design art and technology trends
- An enthusiastic and flexible work ethic with a sense of humor(!)

To be considered you must have an online portfolio. Your work should demonstrate a strong eye for design experience in social and/or digital video and a respect for brand standards.
