PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (PMA) is at the forefront of one of the most exciting transformations in global finance: the convergence of private markets insurance strategic partnerships and institutional asset management. As aClient Strategy & Solutions Specialist youll be at the center of this opportunity.

This role is perfect for you if :

In this role you will be able to:

  • Drive Strategic Growth:Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute client strategy across marketing product development and business development.

  • Be a Builder:Help stand up PMAs client-facing organization from the ground upthis is a rare chance to build within a global powerhouse.

  • Craft the Narrative:Develop compelling content and messaging that articulates PGIMs differentiated value across asset classesespecially in credit private debt and real estate.

  • Connect the Dots:Liaise across PGIM businesses to unlock cross-platform opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to complex client needs.

  • Own the Client Experience:Support high-stakes client engagements from pitch to onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

  • Operate at the Intersection:Gain fluency across public and private markets and help translate investment insights into actionable strategies for institutional clients.

This position is based in our office in Newark New Jersey and will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

What you will bring

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of investment solutions sales or management consulting experience.

  • Passion for problem solving with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information for leadership or client audience.

  • Executive presence and the composure to interact with senior leaders.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.

  • Effective team player able to work with people of all levels.

  • High level of self-initiative with strong integrity and ethics.

  • Organized detail oriented with strong project management skills.

  • Successful track record of working in a team environment.

  • Ability to take support a multi-national group.

  • Ability to travel as necessary.

  • Strong interpersonal listening and writing skills.

  • Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

  • CFA or progress towards CFA is a plus

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $95000 to $120000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.

About PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (PMA)

PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (PMA) is a newly established investment business within PGIM responsible for providing institutional clients asset-liability management portfolio strategy and asset allocation

solutions utilizing PGIMs multi-asset class expertise with a focus on public and private credit. On behalf of its clients PMA will oversee portfolio construction execution and management and will partner with PGIM affiliates including PGIM Fixed Income PGIM Private Capital and PGIM Real Estate to deliver best

in class private origination credit underwriting investment research and risk management capabilities across a full range of asset classes.
