Job Description
Need to be a US Citizen or Green Card with impeccable communication skills.
Graduated from Canadian or American University
8-10 years work experience (in the United States and or Canada)
Must have experience working remotely
highly skilled Full Stack Java Engineerwho thrives in fast-paced environments has excellent communication skills and is passionate about writing clean scalable and production-grade code. This is not a purely managerial role were looking for a hands-on engineer who will be actively involved in our codebase especially with AI-integrated applications.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot React/Angular and related technologies.
Work on AI-powered modulesand integrate machine learning APIs into existing systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver top-tier features.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of internal engineering standards.
Write clean secure and well-tested code.
Participate in performance reviews (2-3 times per year)to assess growth and potential bonuses.
Requirements:
8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developerwith strong expertise in Java.
Proficient in Spring Boot RESTful services SQL/NoSQL and front-end frameworks like Reactor Angular.
Experience with AI/ML integrationis a big plus.
Strong communication skills in English (must-have).
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
