Job Location: THBA in Morgan Hill CA
FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act): Exempt
Reporting Structure: Wholesale Manager
Salary Range: $70000 to $80000 annually
About the Company
THBA is a trucking company that delivers fuel and other dispensed products to facilities across the state of California.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a person to be a part of our Dispatch team. This person needs to be flexible in working hours team player good communicator outspoken self-motivated.
- General Working Days: Five days a week rotating schedule with weekends based on business needs
- General Working Hours: Full time- 40 hrs. / week.
Responsibilities:
Take customer orders over the phone
Order Entry in proprietary software
Schedule delivery with the trucking company
Resolve loading issues with trucking companies
Communicate with customers and/or salespeople via email phone or text on order confirmation or issues
Data entry for the daily price emails or other general data entry
Set up new customers
Work with invoicing team so we bill customers accurately or pass information on pricing day deals to accounting team
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills across phone email and text
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle delivery and scheduling issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software (preferred)
- Flexible self-motivated team player with willingness to work on-call weekends
- Team player- Ability to work with a diverse team from various backgrounds
