A growing healthcare company is seeking a Director of Recruitment to join their team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for both office and field roles within the company.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews assess candidates and make hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates employees and external partners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Proven experience in recruitment preferably in the healthcare industry.
