Fixed Term for 12 months
Joining Three Sixty Construction(part of Stockport Homes Group) as a Site Manager you will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of operatives and sub-contractors and ensuring that the site delivery performance is met in a professional manner.
Planning managing and implementing all assigned work activities on live construction sitesyou will manage the effective and efficient utilisation of all available resources for the contracts including labour materials plant and vehicles and identify causes of non-conformance on site; instigating action to control and prevent recurrence. Completing a daily diary and weekly reports you will monitor and check work and act as the key point of contact with the client site team and sub-contractors; ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service and that work is compliant with quality and safety.
To be successful in this role candidates must be able to demonstrate a registered apprenticeship NVQ level 4-6 Site Management or equivalent method of training coupled with a good knowledge of Health and Safety in the construction industry (SSSTS/SMSTS qualification is required). You must also be First Aid trained. With a CSCS card (or affiliate CSCS card) and experience of supervising a large number of trade and multi trade operatives you must have good knowledge of the building/construction industry experience of delivering fire protection type work projects or a desire to work in this field and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
