A bit about your role
As a Lead Analyst at nbn you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide insights that support our strategic roadmap and enable informed decisions. Youll work closely with peers across the organization and the Operations Senior Leadership Team to provide actionable intelligence across critical performance areas.
Youll be responsible for analysing operational performance identifying trends and developing compelling data narratives that guide strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data visualization and advanced analytics will be essential in creating interactive dashboards and predictive models that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple business unitsincluding Operations Network Customer and Regional Development & Engagement (RDE)to ensure seamless data integration and compliance with regulatory obligations.
A bit about you
You are a strategic and results-driven analyst with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-level insights in complex environments. You bring deep expertise in tools such as PowerBI Tableau Alteryx SQL and Microsoft Fabric and youre confident in transforming large datasets into meaningful stories.
Youre commercially minded with the ability to connect data insights to business impact. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills are second to none and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can influence and align diverse teams.
Youre passionate about continuous improvement and bring a proactive mindset to solving problems and optimizing performance. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering and youre committed to building strong relationships that support successful insight delivery.
