Whats the role
Open to candidates based in NSW VIC or QLD Were looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to help shape and deliver our Business Lending transformation initiatives. In this role youll lead on end-to-end change analysis planning execution and embedment activities across a dynamic portfolio of projects with the purpose of enabling seamless delivery and strong adoption within impacted business areas.
What do I need
- Proven experience leading complex multi-stream change initiatives in large organisations ideally within financial services
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks with advanced practitioner-level expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills including a proven track record of building senior stakeholder confidence and buy-in and influencing outcomes
- Proven experience navigating complex stakeholder relationships and overcoming resistance to change
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and proven ability to distil complex concepts into easy-to-digest communications and change artefacts
- Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and change delivery status updates
- Demonstrated ability to apply a diverse and tailored range of change strategies and delivery mediums to drive adoption
- Ability to navigate ambiguity manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in agile environments
- Strong risk awareness and ability to proactively identify raise and mitigate change-related risks and issues
- Strong ability to define track and report on the success of change interventions linking measurement of change back to project success criteria
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills to support capability uplift within change teams
