Job Summary:
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to be part of the Cat Digital Operations and Support organization. You will handle day-to-day activities related to application support of the Cat Digital portfolio of products.
What you will do:
- Assist in project planning and development: Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans including roadmap and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities: Ensure timely completion of project tasks by coordinating efforts of team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress: Track project performance using appropriate tools and report on progress to project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication: Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and meeting minutes.
What you will have:
- IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan organize monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
- Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies practices and tools for administering projects.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Consideration for top candidates:
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
- Ability to query and pull data from Azure DevOps
- Microsoft PowerBI (Prefer)
Additional Details:
This position will be based our of our Peoria IL office.

Summary Pay Range:
$87480.00 - $131280.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
