Job Description
The Attendance Liaison will assist with a variety of duties related to attendance and student recording keeping including the prevention and intervention of attendance issues. This role serves as a liaison between school parents administrators and community agencies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Monitors attendance in order to provide reports to the Attendance Team.
- Attends and engages in attendance team meetings as scheduled by administration.
- Communicates directly with families of identified students through communication channels such as phone calls emails attendance letters and in-person meetings.
- Conducts small group interventions for students needing Tier 2 attendance support.
- Assists the School Counselor and School Registrar with state reporting forms.
- Refers Tier 3 attendance concerns according to established procedures.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years working within an office setting serving as an administrative assistant receptionist or related role
Preferred
- Associates Degree in Accounting Business Administration or related field
