Qualifications:
- High School education or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years work experience
- Ability to work flexible hours schedule varies weekly; must be available nights and weekends
- Ability to work with a diverse range of participants
- Ability to work with a caseload of participants that changes frequently
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct participants on job tasks and company standards to increase independence.
- Facilitate the development of appropriate social skills and encourage the establishment of social relationships at the worksite.
- Assist in development and revision of training plans ISP objectives and fading plans.
- Implement approved training and fading plans ISP objectives and behavior plans.
- Observe behaviors skill levels areas of interest etc. to provide objective information and formulate data-based recommendations.
- Assure quality control standards in accordance with employer expectations as applicable.
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports as required according to approved formats and designated timelines.
- Transport program participants to and from worksite in personal vehicles as required.
- Assist with training & coaching for direct care staff supporting clients to ensure client success in their work placements.
- Provide training in job related skills i.e. use of vending machines time clocks transportation systems etc.
- Ensure adherence by participants and staff to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to holiday schedule smoking policy safety procedures etc.
- Provide services to individuals with varied behavior issues which may include physical aggression verbal assault inappropriate sexual comments gestures and/or acts.
- Assist participants with toileting and personal care needs when necessary.
Compensation: $19.50 - $22.50 based on education and experience
Hours:Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
