Amazons Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) Account Integrity team is looking for a passionate results-oriented Principal Product Manager - Tech to drive delivery of projects with broad-reaching critical strategic impact. BRP designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent account takeover bots certain types of agentic AI and various other bad actor activities from operating in Amazons stores. Our software and analytics teams constantly strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers. As a Principal Product Manager - Tech working on Account Integrity you will define the roadmap and own goals to increase security and improve detection and mitigation of bad actor activity. The scope of this role concentrates on traffic occurring in Amazon stores and also extends traffic that occurs outside Amazons stores in the form of phone text email and web-based scams. In this role you will interact with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organization external leaders in this domain and have responsibilities to negotiate effective solutions between teams to protect every Amazon account and Amazons trusted brand.
About the team Account Integritys mission is to prevent bad actors from using the Amazon brand or Amazon accounts to harm customers sellers and the Amazon business.
- Bachelors degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement
