What Will Your Role Be

Are you passionate about creating engaging customer-focused communication that drives retention and loyalty We are looking for a CRM Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and take our email marketing and customer engagement to the next level. This role offers flexibility to work in hybrid mode from our Berlin office or Leipzig HQ.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing email campaigns managing customer journeys and leveraging data-driven insights to boost engagement and retention. Youll collaborate closely with creative data tech and other cross-functional teams to deliver targeted personalized experiences that foster customer loyalty and enhance retention.

What Youll Do

• Develop creative ideas for engaging newsletters and campaigns tailored to customer segments and business objectives.
• Own and manage the marketing newsletter calendar for timely strategic communications.
• Plan brief and build marketing newsletters using Emarsys templates.
• Create and manage customer segmentations for personalized communication.
• Design and optimize lifecycle programs and automated journeys to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance identify insights and implement improvements.
• Develop and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.

What Youll Bring

• Ideally a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a similar field.
• Proven experience in CRM and email marketing tools (Emarsys experience would be a plus).
• Solid understanding of planning executing and analyzing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle programs.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative proactive and solution-oriented approach with great attention to detail.
• Experience with additional marketing channels like SMS or WhatsApp would be a plus.
• Fluency in English German skills would be a plus.
