The Project Coordinator is responsible and accountable for: The Project Coordinator position is the primary internal support position of the Porter Construction division of Litania Sports Group. The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for following projects submitted by Porters dealer partners from order initiation through the design manufacturing and installation processes. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner that can provide technical support to customers and potential customers support internal sales and customer service requests understand the project and product manufacturing requirements and use available resources to share accurate product knowledge of the extents of the Porter product line.

Essential responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers design team manufacturing and shipping teams on projects
- Review field checks and construction plans for submittals
- Troubleshoot equipment installation issues
- Answer installation questions or direct to appropriate technical resource
- Coordinate necessary project and order changes
- Assist with custom order administrative questions and issues
- Configure and review pricing for all custom application orders including change orders
- Serve as point of contact for Porter order entry processing and order status
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) entry and processing for Porter products
- Evaluate warranty claims and coordinate solutions
- Support dealers with pre-project sales support when necessary
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time including overnight stays as needed
Qualifications and skills - Possesses technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Builds strong relationships with both internal and external dealer network and clients
- Ability to keep up in a fast moving and exciting environment
- Self-driven and motivated in time-management
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
Full time; Monday through Friday; Onsite Position Salary Salary Range $50000-$55000/year Full-time Hourly Non-exempt Quarterly bonus eligible
