OVERVIEW:

  • Alo Yoga is seeking an experienced Treasury professional with international treasury experience to join our Treasury team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Corporate Treasury experience in large global companies. As a Sr. Manager Global Treasury you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day global cash management and assisting the Senior Director of Treasury with Global Treasury projects such as global bank account structure and services cash pooling foreign exchange and interest rate risk management corporate cards and strategies to improve working capital. The company is growing rapidly expanding in the domestic and international markets. The Sr. Manager Global Treasury will play an active role in this dynamic growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee Global cash forecast future funding needs optimize cash concentration strategies and ensure sufficient liquidity across the organization.
  • Oversee the investment of excess cash select appropriate investment vehicles and manage investment risks in line with the companys policy.
  • Help manage our global network of banking relationships including identifying new partners where needed leading integration efforts and leveraging the capabilities of our banking partners to meet the operational needs of our business.
  • Forecast and quantify currency and interest rate exposure and employ strategies to manage risk across our global business.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to investment debt covenants and cash receipts.
  • Adhere to domestic and foreign treasury regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Treasury operations are positioned to serve the long-term strategic needs of the company manage Treasury policies procedures and internal controls.
  • Partner with finance and operational teams to optimize cash forecast to align the liquidity needs of the business.
  • Help implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) leveraging the full functionality of the system to improve the efficiency of treasury operations automate processes integrate the TMS with other financial systems ensure data accuracy and integrity and train staff in best practices for using the system.
  • Build strong relationships with the broader Finance and Legal team supporting ad hoc requests and projects.
  • Help drive and deliver continuous improvement in processes and procedures within the Treasury function.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in treasury or related field in finance. 3 years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
  • High level of critical and logical thinking and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to create and build collaborative working relationships across divisions functions and levels
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and assist with various projects as needed
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment with competing and shifting priorities
  • Strong project management skills with a drive to meet organizational objectives
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and navigate complex organizations
  • Experience with fx hedging treasury management systems supply chain finance and corporate cards preferred
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • A strong desire to join and help build a leading global Treasury team
  • Strong affinity for Alo Yogas values
  • Certifications: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or similar are a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $135000-$165000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. As such on occasion and when applicable there is the possibility that the final agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the companys total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses long term incentives a PTO policy and many other progressive benefits.
