Commercial Lines Producer (CL Producer)
Location: Quakertown PA - Onsite to start (remote after 90 days)
Full-Time Base Salary up to $75K Commission

What Youll Do
Sell commercial insurance products (with some lead support provided)
Use purchased leads and lead generation tools to drive new business
Build relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Learn company processes culture and communication style during your first 90 days in-office
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in commercial insurance sales
Active P&Clicense required
Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $75000 (phased down over 5 years)
New Business Commission: Starts at 35% increases over time
Renewal Commission: Starts at 2025% increases with tenure
401(k): Up to 10% company match
Health Benefits: Company-paid coverage for employee
Work Environment:
Onsite for 90 days to learn the culture and systems
Remote/Flexible work available afterward depending on performance
