YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR MISSION
As the Senior Product Owner for the homepage of youll lead the evolution of a high-impact platform available in 84 markets and 14 languages attracting millions of monthly visits. Your mission: to craft an outstanding digital luxury experience that guides users seamlessly to the right model product or service. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work with internal stakeholders and end customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to communicate requirements align dependencies and remove roadblocks.
Lead the agileproduct team of 9 and be the face in front of customers and stakeholders.
Own and manageproduct roadmapproduct backlog feature prioritization and refine user stories and epics.
Coordinate with other(global & local) Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams.
Drive the product vision with product discovery.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Minimumof5years of proven experienceas a hands on ProductOwner or Product manager in B2C or B2B2C products working with agile teams.
Agile certification(s).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident in saying no but when necessary.
A leadership style grounded in empathy fairness and clarity.
Ability to prioritize effectively and help teams stay focused on what matters most.
Strong organizational awareness without the need for micromanagement.
Calm adaptable mindset in fast-paced environments able to manage shifting priorities with grace.
A collaborative approach welcoming ideas promoting shared ownership and supporting team dynamics.
Strong problem-solving skills: can guide teams to solutions unblock external issues and make trade-offs with time and budget in mind.
Consistently shows up and contributes meaningfully to key discussions and decision-making.
Proactive in ensuring teams have access to the right users stakeholders or data at the right time.
Fluent in English.
WE ADDITIONALY VALUE IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
Experience working with Web Apps or CMS platforms.
Business knowledge on website personalisation based on user segmentation.
Background in luxury or lifestyle digital projects
