Job Description

Are you a highly organised and motivated administrator looking to contribute to primary health care improvement Join a collaborative team supporting primary health care initiatives across Melbournes north west and inner-city regions using your coordination skills and administrative expertise to deliver meaningful health outcomes.

  • Remuneration: Band 1 - $57621.35 - $64183.00 12% superannuation generous NFP salary packaging options up to $18550
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) Permanent role
  • Docklands office location - Hybrid; WFH (2-3 days)

You will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Primary Health Care Improvement (PHCI) team within the Health Systems Integration business unit. The PHCI team works to strengthen primary care to deliver integrated person-centred accessible and coordinated care. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the teams day-to-day operations calendar management document preparation and knowledge management systems to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs and services.
This is an ideal role for an organised and proactive administrator looking to deepen their experience in primary health care support and contribute to better health outcomes for the community.

We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) Victorias largest independent locally governed and run not-for-profit PHN dedicated to improving primary health care in Melbournes northern western and inner-city areas. We help people stay well by commissioning health services to deliver better and more accessible primary care.
