Our mission is to support the development and advancement of the peer recovery workforce through required training continuing education and technical assistance. About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Program Director to join our team. This person will support the overall operations of the REC and the Program Director. The role involves managing the Recovery Coach Learning Collaborative supporting facilitators and ensuring smooth delivery of trainings and technical assistance across the state.

What Youll Do
Lead and coordinate the Recovery Community Learning Collaborative (RCLC)
Supervise the team of RCLC Regional Coordinators
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Develop a calendar that meets the needs of the peer workforce
Support facilitators and participants with our online learning platform (e.g. registration troubleshooting certificates)
Respond to program emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to our quarterly newsletter and help manage social media and outreach efforts with our communications team
Provide day-of support and quality assurance during active trainings

This role is hybrid with some in-person meetings and events across Massachusetts.
Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for community events.

Lived experience in recovery from Substance Use Disorder
Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
Possess training and experience to qualify for CARC
2-years experience providing peer support
2-years experience supervising Recovery Coaches
Exceptional computer skills including MS Office 365 including Word Excel Outlook
PowerPoint Zoom Access Google Forms Doodle Polls & Canva
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage projects independently
Experience with document management and organization
Ability to work effectively in a team
