Position Responsibilities:

• Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design build and aftermarket support stages of the program

• Develops prepares and validates estimates and prices

• Evaluates requests for proposals substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals

• Develops estimating and pricing methods

• Evaluates and develops business cases

• Performs analysis and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk financial competitive etc.)

• Develops and maintains pricing models

• Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements

• Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating pricing and proposals

• Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development system/tool deployment and training delivery

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Accounting or a related field

• 3 years of experience with government company and local policies procedures and regulations (e.g. Estimating system manual Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Procurement integrity Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals

• 1 years of experience preparing time cost and labor estimates

• Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Masters degree or higher in Finance Accounting Business or related field

• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

• 3 years of experience working with competing priorities

• 1 years of experience and an estimating and pricing (or similar) role: building proposals utilizing pricing systems and knowledge of estimating and pricing tools and processes including familiarity with FAR DFAR and TINA requirements

Summary pay range: $78200 - $105800
