Are you passionate about building strong workplace relationships and delivering impactful HR strategies If youre an HR professional ready to make a difference Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Were seeking a People Experience Partner to lead HR efforts for our technical and business functions at our Boulder CO office.
Youll partner closely with managers and employees guiding them through core HR processes helping resolve issues and shaping policies that support our people and align with our company goals.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
    • Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues.
    • Mediate and resolve sophisticated workplace issues collaborating with Legal when vital.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support teams through the performance management process including feedback coaching and improvement plans.
    • Offer expert advice on addressing performance challenges and encouraging development.
  • Ethics and Compliance:
    • Lead investigations and resolutions of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity.
    • Provide clear mentorship on ethical issues and ensure adherence to compliance policies.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Lead onboarding and exit processes conducting check-ins and exit interviews to improve engagement and retention strategies.
    • Analyze employee feedback to identify and address trends impacting the workforce.
  • HR Service Delivery and Policy Management:
    • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to increase efficiency.
    • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while communicating and training on HR policies.

You relate comfortably with people across levels functions and cultures. You enjoy the consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. You can handle ambiguous situations and find a path forward. You have a team-focused mentality enjoy collaborating with and supporting other HR professionals and like having fun at work.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5years of Human Resources-related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Human Resources experience in an operations or manufacturing environment
  • Extensive employee relations experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $73400 - $110000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
