Axiom Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations and lead a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing workflow setting clear goals and ensuring productivity and performance standards are consistently met. This role requires excellent communication skills strong leadership and a commitment to upholding company policies and procedures.
2nd Shift M-F 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company objectives and clearly communicate them to team members.
Organize daily workflow and ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor team productivity offering coaching feedback and support to drive continuous improvement.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
Serve as a communication bridge between upper management and team members ensuring information flows smoothly in both directions.
Prepare and submit accurate performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies.
Implement disciplinary actions when necessary following established procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role.
Solid understanding of relevant legal regulations and company policies.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various job functions within the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
