Job Description

Position Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the flow of materials tools and equipment between job sites vendors and warehouse locations. This individual ensures timely delivery and staging of components to meet aggressive project timelines across multiple data center construction projects in the Phoenix area. Success in this role requires strong coordination skills attention to detail and a proactive hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily shipments of materials tools and equipment to and from local and regional job sites.

  • Maintain inventory levels and proactively restock supplies to prevent project delays.

  • Collaborate with project managers warehouse staff and field teams to align logistics with installation schedules.

  • Track deliveries log inventory usage and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation.

  • Schedule and manage freight courier services and rental equipment logistics.

  • Stage materials and kit equipment for efficient deployment to upcoming projects.

  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with safety inventory and storage standards.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase logistics efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics warehouse coordination or supply chain support (construction or technology projects preferred).

  • Strong familiarity with job site logistics in a data center or structured cabling environment is a plus.

  • Excellent organization problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Forklift certification is required.

  • Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory tracking software.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced high-demand environment.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
