As our Dozer Operator youll be instrumental in shaping the site with precision control and safety at the forefront.
- Operating mid to heavy-size bulldozers (e.g. D5D11 series) with precision
- Clearing grading and leveling surfaces according to project specs
- Pushing and spreading materials like soil gravel or debris across job sites
- Performing cut-and-fill operations with attention to slope and contour
- Safely working around active equipment crews and underground utilities
- Conducting daily pre-operation inspections and minor routine maintenance
- Coordinating with site supervisors and grade checkers to maintain elevations
- Maintaining strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- 3 years of proven experience operating bulldozers in construction or industrial settings
- Familiarity with reading site plans elevations and using GPS/laser grade control equipment is a plus
- Valid Drivers License (CDL preferred but not mandatory)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must comply with companys drug and alcohol abuse policy
- Able to carry 50 lbs. of tool and/or materials. It is recommended to get assistance to lift items over 50 lbs. Check with your project supervisor or project safety director
- Must be able to work outdoors and withstand different weather elements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift carry bend crawl squat climb kneel push pull and crouch
