Job Description

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: competitive car allowance

Location: Central London field-based with regular UK travel (23 nights away per week)

What youll be doing:


  • Leading the Way

Youll inspire and support a team of Hotel Managers across your regioncoaching them to deliver exceptional guest experiences a strong performance culture and consistent brand standards.

  • Turning Strategy into Action

Youll bring our company strategy to life across your division ensuring initiatives are delivered with energy clarity and consistencywhile sharing insight from the ground to shape future plans.

  • Guest Obsessed

Youll lead the charge on guest satisfactionsupporting managers to analyse feedback take ownership of service improvements and role model hospitality that makes guests feel genuinely valued.

  • Commercial Focus with Heart

From P&L reviews to driving labour efficiency and identifying revenue opportunities youll coach your managers to balance brilliant service with commercial results.

  • People First Always

Youll support workforce planning develop succession pipelines and role model inclusive feedback-driven leadership. Youll also guide managers through ER matters and champion a great place to work.

  • Driving Compliance & Standards

Youll make sure brand legal and operational standards are consistently met and understoodand that any risks or issues are addressed proactively.



We think youll thrive if you have:

  • Proven experience leading multi-site hotel operations in a branded setting
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for people development
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Confidence in P&L management workforce planning and driving operational efficiency
  • A strategic mindset grounded in hands-on operational credibility
  • A collaborative approach to cross-functional work with central teams
  • Resilience emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • A willingness to travel across the UK (including 23 overnight stays per week)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
