Location: Saint Louis Missouri (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $41200 - $44780 per year
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the primary contact for our clients responsible for fostering strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your expertise will lie in understanding their needs resolving any issues that arise and proactively promoting services that best suit their goals
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries concerns and VIP escalations.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or account management role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
