You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Department of Pathology is seeking a Quality and Operations Improvement Engineer (Quality Coordinator)to design organize and coordinate quality system activities for the Microbiology and Molecular Pathology sections of the Clinical Pathology Laboratories.
This includes leading the implementation evaluation and optimization of quality assurance activities for the Microbiology and Molecular Pathology laboratory sections. Engages all staff in quality assurance activities. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies accrediting agencies and organizational policies. Acts as Sections primary contact for the Pathology Administration Quality Unit. Coordinates employee training and continuing education validation testing implementation and maintenance of all equipment within the Microbiology and Molecular Pathology sections of the Clinical Pathology Laboratories.
This position is 100%-time 1st shift Monday-Friday.
