Position: Shop Administrator

Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time)

Pay: $23.00 -$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

As our Shop Office Administrator youll be the organizational heartbeat of our creative production team ensuring every eerie detail and thrilling project runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is your chance to blend sharp administrative skills with the excitement of the entertainment industry managing everything from payroll and purchasing to project software and supply orders. Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for staff on a regular basis.

  • Turbines Purchase Software Management: Oversee and maintain our turbines purchase software ensuring all purchases are tracked and processed efficiently.

  • Software Management: Manage and update our project management software to support team workflows.

  • Supply Ordering: Handle some ordering of supplies and materials as needed.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Shop Project Manager Shop Manager and Head of HR to support daily operations and special projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an office production or shop environment.

  • Experience working in the creative industry (entertainment events themed attractions live production or similar) is required.

  • Proven ability to process payroll manage purchasing software and utilize project management tools (such as or similar platforms).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating with diverse creative and operational teams.

  • Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace) and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.

  • Ability to handle supply orders and administrative support with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility to support special projects and adapt to the evolving needs of a creative shop environment.

  • A proactive solution-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment and events industry.

  • Candidates with additional shop or entertainment production skills may be considered for extra hours.
