Job Description
- Manage and coordinate client appointment scheduling using our CRM and calendar systems
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials email campaigns and event promotions
- Support general marketing initiatives including newsletters and client outreach
- Collaborate closely with advisors and staff to keep workflows efficient and on track
- Contact clients by phone after their appointments to gather feedback on their experience
- Energetic self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with tools like Canva Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Strong writing editing and light graphic design skills
- A professional and pleasant demeanor with a collaborative mindset
- Prior experience in marketing admin coordination or scheduling is a plus
