Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time Pilates Instructor (12-30 hours per week) with multiple teaching blocks to choose from at a growing Club Pilates franchise.

- Pay range: $20-46 per hour. Pay range is based on years of teaching experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification 450 hours)
Energetic positive and motivational teaching style
Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
Punctual reliable and dedicated
Focus on customer service including professional and effective communication skills
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including but not limited to Reformer Springboard Exo-Chair hand weights etc. to ensure a safe yet creative experience
Conducting private semi-private or other additional sessions as needed
Support the studio in ensuring a fantastic membership experience
Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
Empowered Pilates is a Family-Owned Club Pilates Area Developer & Franchisee. Our instructors are able to teach at any of our studios in Colorado which include: Aurora Belmar Central Park Greenwood Village Ken Caryl Lone Tree and Southlands.
