Job Description
Location: Williamsport PA 17701
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Duration: 12-week contract
Weekly Pay: $2000 $2160
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures (including fluoroscopy angiography biopsies and drainages) under physician direction.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
- Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy C-arms and ultrasound as needed.
- Ensure radiation safety for patients staff and self.
- Maintain sterile technique and assist in maintaining inventory of sterile supplies.
- Monitor patients condition during procedures and report changes.
- Document all procedures and ensure imaging records are stored correctly in the PACS system.
- Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other technologists.
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Radiology/Interventional Radiology.
- ARRT (R) certification (Interventional Radiology VI credential).
- BLS Certification (AHA required).
- Current Pennsylvania Radiologic Technologist License.
