Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical discussions and solution selling to clients.
- Evaluate customer needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess project feasibility.
- Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide expert advice on solar energy systems and financial incentives.
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals for projects.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company.
- Explain clients on the operation and maintenance of solar systems.
- Resolve client issues and provide post-sale support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales or engineering preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with technical terms and specifications.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site assessments.
- Knowledge of local regulations and incentives related to solar energy.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
