Position: Urologist Consultant MCh
Location: Raigarh Chhattisgarh India (On-site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and assessments for urological conditions.
- Diagnose diseases and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform urological surgeries including minimally invasive procedures.
- Participate in patient management and follow-up care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical histories and treatments.
- Collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education to patients regarding urological health and wellness.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to medical publications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in urology.
- Participate in consulting and collaborating with hospital staff.
- Educate and train medical staff and interns in urology practices.
- Manage emergency urological needs effectively.
- Monitor post-surgery patient recovery and address complications.
- Maintain compliance with medical regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- MD or equivalent degree in Medicine from a recognized institution.
- MCh in Urology from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Urologist.
- Certifications in relevant urological procedures.
- Strong understanding of urological anatomy and conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated surgical skills and expertise.
- Experience in robotic-assisted urology is an advantage.
- Proficient in patient management and care practices.
- Knowledge of current urological treatments and therapies.
- Capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and dedication towards patient care.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
