Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Education or English is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English literature and language pedagogy.
- Proven track record of effective classroom management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Familiarity with current educational technologies and teaching tools.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff.
- Understanding of assessment strategies and student performance metrics.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student development.
