Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the People Team by managing key HR functions including onboarding recruiting employee data management and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. As TA Services continues to grow this position will contribute directly to strengthening our culture improving HR processes and ensuring compliance across all people-related activities.
 

Shift Information

  • Full-time schedule core business hours
  • Some flexibility available for hybrid or remote coordination as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding document retention and HRIS data integrity
  • Assist with execution of new hire onboarding I-9 and E-Verify compliance and hiring manager support
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for front-line HR questions and issues across the organization
  • Collaborate with the information systems team for accurate employee data reporting and process alignment
  • Support recruiting from applicant screening to interview coordination and candidate selection

  • Fast-paced collaborative and cross-functional office setting
  • Frequent interaction with both leadership and new hires
  • Involvement in both strategic projects and administrative tasks

Qualifications :

Education

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related field preferred

Experience

  • 13 years of experience in recruiting or HR support roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems onboarding and compliance processes
  • Experience in the logistics freight or warehousing industry is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills
