The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the People Team by managing key HR functions including onboarding recruiting employee data management and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. As TA Services continues to grow this position will contribute directly to strengthening our culture improving HR processes and ensuring compliance across all people-related activities.
Shift Information
- Full-time schedule core business hours
- Some flexibility available for hybrid or remote coordination as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding document retention and HRIS data integrity
- Assist with execution of new hire onboarding I-9 and E-Verify compliance and hiring manager support
- Act as a secondary point of contact for front-line HR questions and issues across the organization
- Collaborate with the information systems team for accurate employee data reporting and process alignment
- Support recruiting from applicant screening to interview coordination and candidate selection

Qualifications :
Education
- High School diploma required
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
- 13 years of experience in recruiting or HR support roles
- Familiarity with HRIS systems onboarding and compliance processes
- Experience in the logistics freight or warehousing industry is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills
