Job Description

As an Intern or Working Student in our Legal Department you will support the Legal Team across a wide range of internal tasks with a primary focus on the following areas:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with third-party inquiries including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests directed to the Samskip Group.
- Coordinating legal formalities such as the legalization and notarization of documents.
- Maintaining and updating legal and claims databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Providing general administrative support to the Legal Team.
- Preparing weekly and monthly legal reports and overviews.
- Acting in alignment with the Groups core values and professional standards while contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are considered an asset.
- Adaptability and the ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
