Job Description

How Youll Make an Impact

We are looking for a professional courteous and organised Receptionist to join our financial services team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional client service. The Receptionist will also provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

This role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:

  • Manage the Reception Desk ensuring all clients visitors and vendors are greeted and assisted in a professional manner
  • Manage and maintain all building access card requests and logs
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
  • Assist the Office and Facilities Manager as required
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and data entry
  • Receive arrange and manage courier requirements across the business
  • Prepare meeting rooms for Senior Leadership Team requirements including setup and refreshment coordination
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and common areas
  • Support all Business areas where required.
  • Please note this role is fully office based. (5 days)

 

 


    Qualifications :

    Expertise

    • Previous experience in the role of receptionist or an administrative role within financial services preferrable
    • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to react and deal with change in a fast-moving environment.
    • Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure
    • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour
    • Ability to manage internal engagement with all teams/stakeholders
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • High level attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with our contractors/vendors/stakeholders/others
