Job Description
- Pre-Plans and promotes all activities so students can make choices as to how to use leisure time.
- Meets Respect Challenges for student participation in Community Service.
- Ensures transport of students occurs in timely fashion.
- Ensures events are not canceled because of lack of equipment or supplies.
- Maintains active communication with other community and governmental sources including Fine Arts Theater Choral Drama Sports Education and Training Community Colleges and volunteer organizations; contacts are reported via weekly report.
- Ensures receipts/unused funds are returned to account fully for amount received.
- Accounts for monetary expenditures by submitting all necessary student excursion sheets appropriate receipts and unused funds.
- Ensures programs stay within funding limits.
- Replaces property due to use rather than abuse.
- Provides inventories of uniforms and equipment according to procedures and established time frames and reports via weekly report.
Enforces all procedures regarding property/equipment. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training. Some college in related field preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet special and emergency needs of the department.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferably in related field.
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
Valid State Drivers License CDL preferred.
