Job Description
- Delivering Sourcing & Procurement projects for industry-leading clients in- and outside the Netherlands within a multi-disciplinary team;
- challenge todays status quo to deliver solutions for complex and existing challenges in the field of Sourcing & Procurement (e.g. Sustainability regulations and compliance or spend analysis and cost optimization);
- develop diverse skills through self-development and extensive learning & training opportunities including on-the-job training and individual coaching;
- supporting further development of existing propositions and (co-)creating new value propositions;
- contributing to eminence publications in the Procurement domain;
- making an active contribution to knowledge development of junior colleagues.
Qualifications :

With your personal strengths view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Consultant Sourcing & Procurement:
- a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in (Digital) Procurement (e.g. Category Management) and preferably consulting related experience;
- a masters degree;
- excellent interpersonal and people skills and enthusiastic to collaborate in teams;
- strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
