As a Senior Electromechanical Engineer you will:
- Take ownership of the assembly setup and maintenance of avionics Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test benches.
- Perform precise assembly integration and ongoing maintenance of avionics systems for prototype platforms.
- Develop define and assemble scale test benches for payload stabilization applications including both electronic and mechanical assembly tasks.
- Conduct or actively support the execution of key test campaigns ensuring accurate data capture and thorough documentation of results.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to refine test setups implement modifications and resolve practical troubleshooting challenges.
- Participate in the hands-on fabrication of prototype harnesses and related subsystems.
- Document assembly procedures configuration details and maintenance activities for internal use and ongoing knowledge management.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years experience working as an electrical technician preferably in a prototyping or R&D environment.
- Solid expertise in PCBA rework including soldering detailed inspection and effective troubleshooting practices.
- Demonstrated hands-on skill in prototype harness fabrication (aerospace automotive railway or comparable sectors).
- Comfortable and willing to manage straightforward mechanical assembly tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
- Experience with 3D printing processes and printer maintenance is a plus.
- Valid drone pilot license is considered as an asset.
