Things Youll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Coupa and Concur providing advanced technical expertise and administering & governing finance systems.
- Lead end-user support initiatives troubleshooting configuration and user provisioning efforts.
- Automate finance-related workflows optimizing productivity and compliance through innovative processes.
- Document and maintain comprehensive procedures policies and systems.
- Maintain a global perspective fostering connections across different departments to achieve business results and enhance overall system effectiveness.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- 3 years of relevant experience in finance systems administration with significant expertise in Coupa and/or Concur platforms. Experience with NetSuite and/or Stripe preferred.
- Concur Expense Administrator Certification preferred.
- A commitment to learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain circumstances.
